The plan is to fit the engine with eletronic ip from the 606 with a chipped ecu and a bigger turbo also plan on useing the auto gearbox with a controller of some sort

both of these should help out with wiring and control significantly...

I think the w126 OM603 mounts should also work nicely for this conversion. I have a set I got a few years back (new) on ebay when I was considering installing a 603 in my w123. I have not yet attempted that project, but I have heard the engine mount points on w123 and w126 are really close, something like 1/2" plate spacer close. I'll look thru my old notes to see if I have part numbers available.

Thank you that helps alot i was not sure weather it was petrol or diesel mounts i needed go use .... 
Im going to  be testing a ecu with a chip a lad here in ireland made to run the engine ... and i will have to buy a gearbox controller or get a c220 cdi 6 speed
