Holset hx35 7mm pump elements. With the supporting mods/ exhaust and inlet your good for around 400bhp?

Kkd make exhaust manifolds to suit holsets,
Pump talk to dieselmeken user on the forum.

Auto or manual? If the latter think about a new clutch!!

Other people will help you with other details. There is a project around with this set up so have a search!

Edit: you will need an intercooler don't NEED meth....

add a nice intercooler as well. Plus a transmission that can handle it.

Got link? I found a website for Kkd motorsport but couldn't find manifolds on the site. How much for one for an OM605?

Don't know where boost levels start to break things but people with just forged rods are running 3bar!

Egt will give you a good idea how its running! Really want to keep them down!

Not sure there to get other parts for them, actually I'm not sure what can be done to the inside of the engine apart from rods, pistons, larger valves, stiffer valve springs & maybe a custom cam grind.

I don't know if you can get a stronger crank shaft for them, or even need to.

Do not buy these swedish rods, they are super thin in the small end! Don`t like high rpm`s...Try to search for eagle rodsSmile
What you really need is stiffer valvesprings and camshafts, stock rods hold pretty goodBig Grin

Can you recommend a maker/supplier of valve springs suitable for an om60x twin cammer?

Here is one Norwegian one, this is the one i have...Can handle up to 8000rpm and fits with the stock om60x retainer, BUT requires a flat bottomshims ( very easy to make, i just used a plain washer from a nut and bolt shop)
