Basically, spax can do whatever you want. I'm getting a kit with the adjustable shocks and 40mm springs, just the standard stuff they sell. It's more than good enough for a daily driver

I spoke to them aswell, a while back. If I bought their kit for the 300D and cut some coild, they said it would be more than stiff enough. They could also make a shock-kit with shortened shocks, for those who wanted to go extra low.
Basically, spax can do whatever you want. I'm getting a kit with the adjustable shocks and 40mm springs, just the standard stuff they sell. It's more than good enough for a daily driver

and the adjustable strut kit says 2 springs, but doesnt say if its front or rear or if its all shocks or 2 or what. very poor website.

W123 (W123)-08/76-12/84--200,200D,220,D,230E,C,CE --Lowering:40mm-
W123 (W123/C/T)-08/76-12/84--240D,TD,280E,TE,280CE,300D,TD --Lowering:40mm-
Basically, the first spring kit is for the four bangers, except 240D.
The second kit is for 240D, all touring models, five bangers and six bangers
Just send them an e-mail. They have great customer service and will put together a kit of whatever you want
