I'm pretty sure it has to be euro m pump linkage to work. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

Going from mw pump to m pump.

Any who have done it can you chime in?

Yes, if you have the "M" pump, then one would need the specific linkage for the M pump set up. DeliveryValve was kind enough to post a bunch of pictures of the different flavors to include the one I am looking for. Actually, the bracket that goes on the VC as well as the linkage is unique to the M pump set up for the 300D NA. That is what I have been looking for and no bites yet. Other applications will not work or at least not work correctly.

Wow...it appears so...shockingly straightforward...

That rod which extends down the starboard side of the valve cover...is that for transmission kickdown?

Is the linkage shown in the pics, available?

Rod is for the non turbo throttle body, yes it is available. I am parting out the whole car. It does also have a passenger side york A/C pump and bracket. Transmission down shift should be a electric switch under the throttle pedal.

Here is a pic of my M-Pump linkage on an engine with a MW-pump it's missing a couple of bushings where the fork goes through. The setup is very simple for a Manual Trans.
I'd sell you all this, but then I wouldn't have one for my own M-pump.

Here is the linkage comparing the MW-Pump pivot linkage. Notice the M-Pump pivot linkage is forward a bit compared to the MW.

Here it is on a car with a Manual Trans, no emissions equipment and with idle control.

I have an 81 240d with a linkage that would work. I just put a 616 back in it and started driving today. I think with a little doing, it wouldn't be hard to make the linkage work as I have compared it to the 617.920 linkage w/ manual trans.

(02-26-2013, 10:47 AM)Greazzer What ... I have been trying to buy this stuff for a while ... LOL.

Need M pump set up linkage and bracket for VC and any other parts for the throttle linkage set up.

I'm playing with a generic rig as I have a ton of linkage parts to play with, if I can make something quality work with my parts I'd be willing to give them up cheap!
