So this is probably a silly question, but does the IP have to be removed from the engine to remove the rack limiter?

If you're careful you can do it with a magnet. Have you read the IP tuning document before you yank it?

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

Best way to remove it is to first pull out its alignment dowel from the pump body so you have room.
