So I've read in a thread elsewhere that a front sway bar from a W124 with a V8 (400E/E500/500E) can be swapped in so the 606 stock oil pan will not be in conflict with the sway bar.

Apparently if I leave the stock w124 sway bar in place I will have to swap out oil pans and I'd rather not do that.

Can anyone confirm this? There is a 400E at the junk yard by me and a sway bar is like $12 compared to over $100 if I can get another 603 oil pan.
