This little clip shows upgrade from 320CDI stock injector to 8 hole AMG injector.
Moore to come about how it works in engine, power output etc.
Enjoy :-)

No. No service avalible on Piezo so far.

fueling limiter??
Mesaurement is stroke on magnet, to high = worn out seat.
Cost is 200-250euro/pc

.
The correct clearance between the top of that injector is about, 0,05.
,064 is far too much, do not work well.

If I remember right, AMG´s don´t have 8 holes... (6)
But the injection amount and difference is right.
Video do not tell a bit about adjusting AMG´s. Big Grin

Injectors do not have that kind on mechanical limitter, but in program there are many.
The biggest limitter is injection time - working principals !!

Piezo-injectors do not need any upgrade, they are so very big and quick originally.

On spec sheet from Bosch it is said they are 7hole.

So we have 3 opinions, 6/7/8 *g*

Needle lift was corrected as 0.064 was to much.

With good programmer you loose all limiters :-)))

Mercedes Benz W210 E-Class 320CDI, lowered 2.5", 18" AMG wheels, Decat, EGR removed, Tumble flaps removed, C30 AMG injectors, 400kpa MAP, Custom GT2566XTV turbo, SW tweaked to 300+hp/750NmBig Grin

Nice to see you here again tuikku!

Tuikku wrote before:
-"Between fuel line and injector, there is a connector. (=Nozzle parts kit)
Inside it, there is a fueling limiter.
It can be removed."
that can be seen at

there of my question to Dieselmeken if the measurement was taken place with or without the limiter, it would also be interesting to know your point of view since tuikku earlier spoke about it can be taken away with no down side.

would these injectors be able to take 2000 bars that the CP3 pump is suppose to be able to handle?

In the same place tuikku spoke about the horrable noice of the amg power injektors with seven holes, is there a reference where to get hold of them?

Hi Turbo
That was very long time ago, then I knew even less than today.

That part limitation level is so high, that injector wont never reach it.
And the noise comes then from too big needle lift, thats why I know it now ...Big Grin
With 1800bar it is possible to get ~70hp/cyl.
Injectors/lower pressure fuel lines do actually not like very high pressures.
Program have to do so, that pressure is very high only when full attach needed.
I have driven with max 1800bar with cp3 pump now several years.
Even in my "rat rod", 320cdi that works ok and I am using still many originally 1350bar parts in its fuel lines.
