hi guys

over the last year or so i have been hoarding and collecting parts and information for the modifiaction of my e320 cdi 2001 model.

I cant ever find anything on high power cp3 pumps for the cdi, does anybody know if theres a pump that fits from a dodge cumminns or gm that pretty much a direct replacment? and can fuel enough for say 500+bhp?

or is twin cp3 pumps the way to go for big power?? and would it be easy or hard to do on an e320 cdi w210.

i dont reallly want to mess with twin pumps a single pump from a huge 6.7ltr dodge shoud fuel enough.

can anyone help-??

thanks

hi
im planing to use custom nozzles which are capable of delivering 100bhp per cylinder, the problem i have is supplying enough fuel, the e320 cdi pump is way to small so is c30 amg. im sure theres an american pump that would fit that would supplyy enough fuel for the job.

tried talking to verious american diesel specialist and no one seems to have a clue about the MB pump compared to a dodge ram..

wondering if somone out there could help?

How about purhcasing a used stock cp3 pump from a dodge, and actually playing with the stock unit once you find what you need sell it, and then buy what you actually need. Not to sure if anyone here has any insight maybe over seas one of you guys.

Can you please tell me more where you get the nozzles which are capable of delivering 100bhp per cylinder and what they cost? I guess that is exactly what I am looking for

How much you think can a C30/400cdi pump make then?

Do you think that only changing the nozzle in the injector will do the job?

You get about 150cmm/stroke with cp3 pump and AMG injectors.
Good for 1000Nm/400+hp.

Mercedes Benz W210 E-Class 320CDI, lowered 2.5", 18" AMG wheels, Decat, EGR removed, Tumble flaps removed, C30 AMG injectors, 400kpa MAP, Custom GT2566XTV turbo, SW tweaked to 300+hp/750NmBig Grin
