Hi If you can mount a vw type 520 injektor or simular (same copper seal type) and made a custom bracket to clamp the injector to the cylinder head. And use a mecanical pump.
Are I missing some ? wold this work ?

Hi Rune,

number and direction of injector spray holes is the smaller issue but how/where is the drive for the pump?

Mount a m-series pump where the hi-pressure pump is, Both the om603/6 and the 320cdi has chain drive? Every thing can be done, but the hard things takes a bit more timeWink

I thaught aboute modefy cr pump (cut open and mount a belt drive) that way i can keep the seal to the engine.
I think this wold be the easyest way to use a belt to drive the pump (dry system no oil leaks.
Belt drives to. M-pump wold be easy also stock bosch parts (used vw belt drive sprocket).
sorry fore bad spelling.

The m pump's shaft has oil in it. Not sure if this is a primary supply of oil for the pump.

You can drill and mount banjos for oil feeding and return on the m pump i think...But this is a really cool project! Where in Norway are you from?

Hi, if you want the engine to run properly, use the stock injectors, use the stock high pressure pump and modify the electronics by a real expert, somebody knowledgable of how to change the software.

Are you planning of using a sterndrive ?

Wouldn't it need a prechamber to use a low pressur mechanical pump?
