Funny how I didn't want to believe the mechanic. The noise was just so loud in the car.

04-03-2012, 03:04 PM #13Great weekend, found the noise.......My down pipe is bolted on in a nontraditional manner. the end of downpipe is connected to long exhaust pipe out the rear with a foot and a half section of flex pipe. this allows for a little play in the system. My down pipe had vibrated to a position where is was resting against something. Adjusted that today and the noise is gone.
