I have been having issues with my OM602. It started with engine making a slight noise at idle. One cylinder sounded different than the others. It seems to run ok. I then noticed when I let off the brake in drive enough to roll the car seemed to surge with one cylinder firing. I put the IR gun on the exhaust manifold and #2 is 20 F hotter than the rest. I replaced that injector and it is the same. Now when I rev it I can feel a slight miss. Here are the numbers (engine cold)

#1 395
#2 365
#3 395
#4 405
#5 405

As I suspected something it up with #2 but I do not see how a lower # would translate into higher exhaust temp. They still fall withing the 10% rule. There is no tell-tale puffing coming from the oil fill indicating bad rings. Any ideas?

Does anyone have any ideas what could cause higher temps in #2 cyl and a slight miss when revving in idle? It is hard to tell if it is a miss or that cyl is making slightly more power because of more fuel. Anyone?

I had similar problem because of the injection pump. Injection pressure to the first injector was about 50 bar, injector needs ~115bar.
