wastegate removed the manifold regulate the pressure at 18~20psi max
EGR remove
new timing chain
new water pump
power steering removed
A/C compressor removed ^^
stock turbo
2.5 IC
3 fan spal
OM602 flywheel (bi mass)
sachs OM602 clutch
OM603 IP:
4° after PMH
stock 5.5mm elements
valve ALDA removed (my IP is very learn litle black smoke)
full load adjust
torque capsul adjust
idle adjust
idle spring adjust (2K)

timing replace (chain is used cams at 5° and pump 20°) bad idle and white smoke:
after replace timing chain remove the engine in a W210 !!
cleaning the OM606 and manual 5spd gearbox:
install OM606 bolted at 5 spd gearbox in a W201 BOLT ON ^^
convert harness for OM606
extra ^^ I install the locking and ignition key system W210 in a W201
transmeter and antenna
isoled transmeter for no short circuit
