i was lurking for ever on the forum to get info about the om605 becaus i have a w202 om605 and want to have some more Hp.
After searching i still have some questions about the Turbo, chip ect.
I asked dieselmeken on youtube if he can make my electronic pump produce more fuel , that was no problem he said,actual quote "Yes I do EDC pumps also, for that purpose you need bigger elements, and a nice turbo + a remapping of your ECU". Are there known re-mappers for the w202 om605 ?
could not find usefull info, only chip tuners.
And what kind of a turbo do i need ? i was thinking about a garret gt 25 or a holset hx30 or some turbo brand that's equal,
a fast spool up would be great, i dont want to revv the engine to 3000rpm evertytime i am at a stoplight.
I was hoping to get 100 a 150 hp extra ,
Some input would be great.

The pump will go to dieselmeken (if he wants to do it) and he probably knows what to do with the pump.
Like i said i dont want it to be a 5000+ rpm engine. just want to have more Hp and torq in the normal rpm range.
What i had in mind was a KKD motorsport jeemu style om605 exhaust with a holset hx30 turbo,
and ofcourse a built pump, 3" exhaust, larger intercooler ect.
But realy want to know if i can daily drive with the setup above and when the turbo is going to spool aprox.

After allot of more reading and thinking, i think it's smarter if i use a om602 pump, that way i can make my car stock again with the original parts if needed.
nevertheless the om602 pump needs to be adjusted too , so i will contact you some time soon.!
I'm planning to oder a Holset Hx30 At an local Holset dealer, but i need to have the code thats stamped on the metal plate of the turbo, ( he said that there are 20+ HX30 turbo's but all diverent) but sinds i dont have a holset hx30 i dont "the"code, is there some one that has a code of an Holset hx30
Or a list with codes for a Holset hx30 ?
