So - I've found somewhere that will sell me a roll of injector pipe and all the ends (not sure how they fit - silver solder I guess)....

My pipes were damaged in the fire (I have a fire damaged engine) and are all rusty and bent and the plating is knackered etc etc...

I have a choice of 1.5mm or 2mm bore - with 6mm OD...

Which one should I go for?

Cheers,

Hugh

any special inside surface like Göran mentioned for Volvo Penta for killing the pressure waves?
Is this standard material or ss?

If the length is not too much I'd go for the smaller inner diameter for better response of the nozzles.
Could be the case that the length plays in harmony with the delivery valve...
