2 days ago, i ran over something in the driveway ... and I heard a "creak".

This morning when driving around a bend/curve or turning at any speed, I hear a loud CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK ... sounds like the rear wheels would be coming off. But they are solid.

Nothing "hanging" or loose when I do a visual inspection.

Any help what went wrong much appreciated.

check the sway bar end links. I broke one and it would rub the axle on a turn. That and the cv joints

nah it was lift , casing a rub on the top of the rim . it would contact above the bumpstop in the rear .when ever i get a rub thats not obvious i put a bunch of masking tape in the wells . this was with a set of 18x9 rears mandrus et was 42? fronts 18x8 et 37? never had probs in the front with these. the front spring contact was with a set of vw rim 17x7.5 et 32 i believe and just the edge of on of the wieghts that was on a bend . but the spring would settle past it after a day or 2. may car would sit on stand for at least a day at a time .springs scare the crap outta you when your banging a uturn. BIONG!BIONG! BIONG!
rear needs more rear sway bar and lower 2front 1 back minimum . or spacers and just those
