I am thinking of replacing my copper seals and stretch bolts on my 2.2 CDI and was thinking of just replacing the nozzles for future reliability and maybe upgrade.

I am running approx 160BHP in my Vito from a remap, exhaust and filter.

Is there any standard fit nozzles that I can replace these with to give a better more free flowing spray?

AMG nozzles seem to be very successful on these engines....and you don't need to alter the ECU settings when you upgrade to them

If you're replacing the copper washers under the injectors....use the copper washer from the Honda diesel engine....all the local Mercedes dealers and independent specialists are now doing this as the Honda copper washer is thicker and seals better on installation.

Be very careful with your stretch bolts as they are very very very prone to shearing off....both whilst removing and installing. What we now do when we come across a sheared one,we drill it out using a high quality drill bit and a suitable to keep the drill square. As the original bolt is 6mm and torqued to only 40nm.....we drill and tap the hole to 10mm and use a stainless steel allen headed stud torqued to 110nm to clamp the injector. This combined with the Honda copper washer modification....you are guaranteed not to have any more problems from your injector clamp/copper washer afterwards. Make sure the seatings below and above the copper washers are clincally clean,as stray debris is the most common cause of copper washer failure
