You will almost certainly have to fab something yourself, either taking a 617 manifold and chopping off a leg or....

My fact still stands accurate. Low-production aftermarket parts doesn't change that Mercedes never made a turbo 240D

Too bad there won't be any benefit. I have yet to see anyone turbo a 240D and make a noteworthy improvement in power over stock, other than swapping in a 617...

? There is the 200+hp one that is listed on here. Of course getting that out of a 240d probably cost alot more than its worth. Taking a 617 and chopping it is the easiest and cheapest way to do it. Anything more and its probably more cost effective to put in a 617 as you said.

Turboing a om616 does make a difference. I've owned and ridden in one pre and post turbo.
It made a difference before he even touched the pump too lol.
