hello

i'm new at this forum i have read a lot but now made my account
i'm from holland
i have a daily driver w123 petrol on lpg
i thinking of buying a diesel much more fun high torque
and higher mpg

but i have read a lot about the om606 24v tuning
i have a question about the fuelpump
when the engine is tuned to run with a bigger turbo and higher pressure
is a myna pump always needed or can also the element just be changed
from 5mm to 7mm?

can the injectors be standard als when going to 400hp?

what is the best to use a ecu controled fuelpump or the older fuelpump
full mechanical ?
and are the electronic's on the market to reprogram the new need fuel delivery?

i now a lot of question i have collected themBig Grin

I think someone mentioned this recently. It certainly is possible to upgrade the electronic pump, it's just that it's not done. Presumably because mechanical is easier to adjust.

There is no aftermarket electronics. You will have to figure out the electronics yourself or have someone figure it out. That is most likely the reason people don't use the electronic pump.
