i have a '83 300d turbo, is it plug and play? if not, whats needed. dont mean to clutter your thread, but if you have it when i get my paycheck i'll most likely get it from you.

people like them because it allows for easier addition of bigger turbos, intercoolers and it has a higher port... so you could say that cold air likes to sink and flow into the head faster (but we're only talking about a couple inches here).

For it to match up to a stock configuration, or another turbo setup, you will need custom plumbing.

Thats a good question.

I have a head laying around, I'll take a measurement.

My immediate response though, is 'no'. And that the head is probably more restrictive than any of the manifolds.
