Typical ebay turbo... f'ed to hell. My phone's camera is too crappy to show it, but the turbine wheel and vanes had apparently made contact with each other repeatedly, with chunks ripped out of each. Is that normal (as in would turning the lever too far make the vanes touch)? I'd think it would have to something to keep them from touching accidentally.

Holy hell!I bet the engine that it came off of was beat to hell also.
