Hello,
this coupe started as a 230ce when i bought it two yars ago,i did a complete conversion to a 300 turbodiesel
since then a daily driver

Very nice you must have a euro exhaust manifold? The w124 coups are a very n ice looking car

wheels are keskin kt5 18" 8,5J ET 35 225/40 tyres
frontbumper and rear spoiler AMG original Big Grin

yea the US version sucks!

Here is a picture I stole off of this sight from a different forum it's like a log manifold that has a trap oxidizer delete installed between the turbo and the manifold

Mercedes recalled the trap oxidizer for creating excessive heat and damaging the cylinder heads

note the manifold is behind the turbo it goes through a lot of stupid bends to get to the turbo!

What a fantastic conversion.

How did you wire in the vacuum stop, glow plug unit and the rev counter?

I have yet to find a rot free w124 saloon for my 606 project, so may start looking at coupes, as have seen loads of clean ones.
