I'm new over here, got referred by a friend so I thought I'd introduce myself with a thread about my car...

Really basic Daily driver 240D in BLAH color (light ivory). Amenities include working AC, Kenwood stereo and Infinity speakers, Power windows, no sunroof and about 70 horsepower. Smile Feast your eyes:

Here are some pics:

Haha yeah i just bought one in the same color and i dont care for it much either!

Very clean 240! For it being 1977 that has EXTREMELY low miles, looks like it was garaged most of its life.
Do you like those hubcaps on the car? I think with the black wheels underneath look 10xbetter. But then again it keeps that classic look the with hubcaps on.

Did the car come with power windows?

Thanks! I LOVE the hubcaps. Definitely give it the classic look. The power windows are original as far as I know. Not sure how accurate the odometer is, wasn't working when I bought it. I fixed it at 126k, and it now has 141k on it. I replaced the dashboard, steering wheel, carpet and replaced all interior bits with palomino pieces when I bought it. Only thing that is still bamboo are the seats. Doesn't look bad at all.

Theres a speed trap near a neighborhood by my house and i tested the car going 35mph before and after i painted it and i did not see any difference. The needle moves close to exactly how it did before.
