Does anyone know if any of the G-wagens had locking diffs?
I was thinking it might be possible, if the Gwagens did have a locking diff, to maybe adapt..if not just get an idea to lock up a w123.

Well ive been scouring the world wide web trying to find some photos of the rear diff/axle, but none to my luck yet.
I will try to post them when i come across them.

Is there potential for using this setup for our cars, if anyone knows?

I'd be into adapting an air locker, detroit locker or MB's hydraulic ASD.

So i think i should take the benz to a 4x4 shop and have somone look at it in person to see how easy it would be to make work on these diffs.
Looks much to complicated for me to even try haha

Diffs are not hard to work on, they just require some tools that you usually don't have laying around... you got to get the pinion depth right and stuff...
