I am looking for a "New" exhaust manifold Flex pipe for an OM603 engine. the flex tube I am talking about is the piece which connects the first two cylinders exhaust manifold to the other half. There is also a metal spacer which is supposed to be inside the flex tube. I need to get the clamps for it too. I have gone to 3 mercedes repair shops and 2 dealers and no one can get me one. And i couldnt find the part on any of the mercedes parts sites I know. I am very frustrated because I am supposed to be repairing my friends car asap and this part has got me stuck... The original one cracked in two places so its garbage. If someone could please help me find these parts online or from a dealer the effort would be appreciated.

1995 F-350 7.3L PSD: 230,xxx 6.0 IC, DIY Stage 1 Injectors, 17* hpop, Tony Wildman Chip, John Wood Trans, 6.4L TC, 3" down pipe, 4" straight exhaust, 310 HP on wheel dyno - 8500# dually: 0-60 in 6.98
Suzuki Samurai: VW 1.9L TD, Trackick doubler transfer case (made by me) 5.8:1 transfer case gears, YJ springs front and rear with rear missing links, wheel base extended 14", diffs welded, some day a VNT.

04-03-2010, 09:38 PM #4Thanks einor but thats not what im looking for. I need the metal piece for the exhaust manifold. Its about an inch and a half long, very much like the flex tubes on the egr. its a corrugated pipe. No one seems to be able to find one of these.
