Third time is the charm, no leaks at all now. Just tightened up the tstat housing some for the coolant. For the oil, I went back to the stock fitting and drain pipe. The drain pipe I chopped near the bottom, about 1" before it starts to flare out and put some rubber hose in to fill the gap. Works like a champ. Even though the pipe is only a compression fitting at the top, the rubber hose and oring hold it in place. Gonna drive it around this week and report back with pictures of the final product.
