Third time is the charm, no leaks at all now. Just tightened up the tstat housing some for the coolant. For the oil, I went back to the stock fitting and drain pipe. The drain pipe I chopped near the bottom, about 1" before it starts to flare out and put some rubber hose in to fill the gap. Works like a champ. Even though the pipe is only a compression fitting at the top, the rubber hose and oring hold it in place. Gonna drive it around this week and report back with pictures of the final product.

Good things come to those that wait. I think this is going to be a good summer for my STDs. I have been in the talks with Diesel Meken and am ready to pull my pump. I have a #22 head with 2.5 prechambers out and 3.5 more to go before its off to the shop. Seems the best way to do this labor wise is all at once. #22 head, 606hg, new chain, uprated pump, different turbo (getting a HX30W over the HY30W).

Finally got the prechambers pulled out, dropped off head at highly recommended Will's Machine Shop and it was cleaned, pressure tested and resurfaced in 2 hours. I honestly thought they were calling me to tell me bad news.

Governor 6000rpm full load.

I think this will be enough for a nice 300hp daily drive car.
