Explain some of the vacuum simplification to me.

It looks like he's run a line directly from the turbo whatnot (what part of the turbo is that) directly to the ALDA. Then the only other vacuum in the whole engine bay seems to be the shutoff line which is beautifully simple.

I know on my own car, the line from the turbo seems to go through some kind of similar valve to the overboost protection relay, plus some other stuff on the 85. Can I just do what he's done?

What has he done here, how does the ALDA interact with the turbo?

I dont get the ALDA setup either because it looks like its running straight to the ARV?

I always bypass the over boost relay and run from the back of the manifold directly to the ALDA
