I do not have access to CL right now to find the link but someone on the Houston one has a 6.9L motor for sale. Had some work done to it from what I recall. He had gotten it ready for a 6.9L project car but the car itself got ruined.

I thought I read that you wanted a w116 version 300SD? Here is one which the owner is selling for $350.00. I think I know of this guy, a member of PeachParts, just outside of Bakersfield up in the Mountains.

When I inquired about it, he said the interior is in fair condition and the exterior is also in fair condition with a couple of dents. Probably needs a new transmission. A good candidate for a 4 speed manual swap.
