With a built injection pump and turbo maybe around 250hp reliably

Dieselmenken is popular on the forums here, for a turbo an HY30 seems to be decent?

I'm convinced that a custom manifold can make a difference, the stock log has a lot of sharp turns and virtually nonexistant runners.

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

I'm sure a k27 could handle that power or a smallish Holset hy30 hx30 ! I would send the stock pump out to be built by Dieselmenken! I personally would add an intercooler also and a free flowing exhaust and intake

Stock injection pump, but send it to Dieselmenken and he will install and calibrate new larger elements. I don't know the exact cost but I've heard $1,000-$2,000 being tossed around. With the stock pump you max out at around 140hp/190tq

Another option for a power boost is spraying methanol-the only dyno chart I've seen gained 25ish HP.

With a stock pump maxed out 140hp with all of the other mods!

the pump is what makes it powerful every thing else just helps supports it!

All turbo cars have an MW pump stock, you will need an M pump for it to be rebuilt with larger elements I believe

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!
