I have seen one OM606 with stiffer valvesprings making 614hp and 904nm

Stock engine can easily put out 500hp with a good manifold, turbo and Injection pump

I dont know how big the elements was, but it was an HX55 TURBO!
Haven`t heard of anything higher, but my goal is over 1000NM

It is an Om606 with: Ported head, h-profile rods, main girdle for main bearings, custom header and intake+++ My goal is 1000nm, so i need to change camshafts and valvespring first Yes, i think 3+bar is enough, but time will tell
