ummm IDI diesels create their own swirl with the jets of hot burning fuel. Singh groves will not have any positive effect.

This is an interesting post!Wink


As stated previously, Singh groves will not work well for pre-chambered combustion. But I am still in the camp that testing modifications of combustion chamber shapes might improve combustion in an IDI... Mainly the idea of increasing swirling the exhaust gasses out to improve scavenging.
