606.962 and 717.430 compatibility

I have an om606.962 pulled from a '99 E300 TD almost ready to go into a W124.130. The 124 has a 5-speed 717.430 gearbox and an om603.912 NA engine. From what I have read, I am reasonably confident the 606 will bolt up to the transmission. What I'm less sure of is the suitability of the flywheel and clutch in the 124. Can anybody verify whether the 606 will work with the flywheel and clutch in the 124, or am I going to have compatibility issues?
