Hello everyone!
So, I want to build a budget 300+ hp OM605 W202, good in everything but not the best in anything from less than 500€, incl. the car.
I already have purchased the base (rust free W202 C250 turbodiesel, with manual gearbox and some issues as it was mixing oil and coolant, but that I already fixed), a bigger turbocharger (Garrett GT2260V, the later electronically controlled unit from E60 BMW 530D, already cleaned and sandblasted it), Dieselmeken 75L3 (7.5mm) elements (BIG thanks for Erik from Dieselmeken for helping me out with those, more on this subject later), and I had a few Bosch M pump cores to build a mechanically governed pump for it. The turbo's VNT actuator is driven with the stock MAP sensor of the car, and a programmable Arduino micro controller, as it is cheaper than a pressure actuator and I am sure it will work MUCH better. That's already done too, just need some testing after I mount the turbo.
I want to make a Youtube series on the build, is anyone interested?
