For the feed I looked online for the proper oil restrictor, IIRC it's a Volvo part, that screws into the turbo with a -4AN to connect to. I took the banjo bolt with me to a hydraulic store and matched up the threads, they made me a 3ft braided steel line, with proper connectors/swivels for $40.
The drain I cut the "bell" end of the stock drain off, and cut the flared end of the tube off that sticks up from the oil pan. Then just used a hose to connect the two pipes. Best way I've found without getting fancy.
