I'm in the US so it took years to source an OM606. Found one 1 mile from my house.

I have a M103 auto w201 that I want to swap.

What I know

-w124 mounts with stock w210 arms will bolt in after 10mm is shaved from the mounts

-vaccum cutoff

What I need to know

-will the front AC fan be adequate enough for cooling if wired to turn on at 85-90*C

-what rad hoses to use with my stock radiator

Where to pin the glow plug harness into the stock location (doing push button so I just need to know where it normally gets power)

Will the m103 p/s pump and a/c comp bolt to the om606

Thanks for the help

Use a ford remote starter solenoid for the glow plugs.
All the accessories should bolt up, the block is essentially the same. Even the oil pan would bolt up

I don’t think you can use the radiator from the 103 engine different position water outlets I did a similar swap I used a radiator from the 190D turbo

@Ace:

Here is described, how to run the OM606 standalone with the OEM-Ecu: http://www.superturbodiesel.com/std/show...p?tid=7547

I am from Germany too, but I think, it's better to write in English in this forum.
