The plastic tank cracked on the radiator in my 123 wagon so here is what I did for a cheaper option.

Details? Spill it, man, that's worth it for the looks alone! Big Grin Just what you'd need with your polished valve cover, turbo, and lines!

That really cost less than a stock radiator?

ya I got it from summitracing.com its a universal aluminum radiator with trans cooler. cost about $250 shipped. steel braided line I had left over from the turbo project but you could use any oil line for the cooler. The radiator hoses I just went to an auto part store and went in the back and bought the longest hose with the bends I needed and used some pipe to connect the hoses. Total cost about $300 and no more plastic tank.

Nice! I have been contemplating having one of the desert rat shops around here make a custom radiator cause I have never been keen on those plastic tanks either. What was the part number of the rad you used?
