transmission service manual - heavyD - 12-09-2009

i have a 1985 w123 with 617.952 engine. there are quite a few things that are specific to this year and models transmission control devices. specifically the trans vacuum modulator valve and the vacuum transducer switch. these devices are not on earlier cars. i have asked for information about them before on this forum and received little response. Someone stated that the controls were similar to those on the w124 and that seems partly true. I have to believe that mercedes would have issued specific information for very last run of these cars. Does anyone have access to the service literature specific to this transmission?

my earlier post on the subject. http://superturbodiesel.com/std/trans-control-t-712.html

I have the benz service manual which contains absolutely zero information on the transmission.
