W140 93' OM606 STD - Slav - 07-08-2020
Hello everyone
That's my project:
W140, China blue on gray.
OM606, 7.5 elements, mechanical pump, Borg Warner S200, turbosmart waste gate.
Oil filter housing is om603 with 12mm spacer.
Fuel heater is sacrificed to accommodate two extra water temp sensors.
EGR delete.
I have few things left to do though:
Air piping with decent intercooler, and there's no space, none.
3' exhaust, full line.
Wiring.
W210 E55 amg breaks.
Transmission controller
Can't attach any pictures

Hello, that engine recepy sounds alot like mine, some pictures would be interesting of course, but i can´t attatch any either, dont know why.

My elements are dieselmeken 7.5. He is spiritual guru. He's the one, who shown that OM606 super diesel is possible...
I could public YouTube video, if that's ok

I've installed my of gear controller. And the gearbox is located in N.

Did you figure this out ? If not you need to make sure the plastic didnt break on the shifter plunger on the valve body.
