Hello
Im from Slovakia so i apologise if the spelling or some words might be wrong. I have build a om603.912 superturbo. 8mm dieselmeken pump with outside alda, holset hx40. what is the safe boost a om603NA ? actually i run 1,65 bar without any problems. The engine could handle a pressure of 2 bars ? ?.

I'm sure you'd tell us if it wasn't
With an HX40 your bottom end is probably ok as it won't ever get high boost at low RPM
