How much boost can i put in to my om603? It has homebuilt extractor, hx35 #12 separate 50mm wastegate. 3" exhaust. 7.5mm pump. Is it safe whit 1.5 bar?

Can the motor handle 2 bar on a daily driver?

It will be fine. Boost at that level is only while you accelerate. Once you get to speed it will settle to much lower level as demand for fuel will be less.

Herlevi pump builders told me stock 603 headgasket can handle 2.5 bar but obviously if its old maybe a bit less
