Anyone know a good place to get one? I think the ones on ebay are chinese.

I think any you find will be aftermarket, garrett stopped releasing parts for VNT turbos a long time ago.
I've been running an ebay T25 rebuild kit for over two years and running the turbo right outside it's map. I'm not scared of chinese parts.

Chinese rubber in my own personal experience is pretty sub par. Might just have to suck it up.
