OM606 Install Into Toyota 80 Series Landcruiser - TIMNZ - 04-22-2018

Hi from New Zealand,
As I had learnt a bit from the various posts off the forum thought I should post up my conversion.
Already started a build thread for my other project, twin charge 80 series, not started yet but very soon.

The reason this conversion got done first is I blew the turbo and damaged the original engine, this is my dailey driver so need it back going as soon as possible.
Almost on the road, after starting from scratch about a month ago.
There are 3 stages to the project,
Stage 1 - standard turbo on turbo motor with standard 6mm EDC pump using Baldur's controller.
Stage 2 - Holset HE341VE VNT turbo on new manifold with standard 6mm EDC pump using Baldur's controller.
Stage 3 - Holset HE341VE VNT turbo on new manifold with 7.5mm EDC pump using Baldur's controller.

Vehicle is a 1991 Toyota Landcruiser 80 Series, had a 12 valve 1HD-t 4.2L Turbo Diesel with A442F Auto with full hydraulic valve body.
Everything is being kept the same except for the engine and associated parts, and an uprated valve body for the Auto.
As part of the install I am fitting a water to air intercooler located on the top of the inlet manifold and the intercooler radiator in front of the engine radiator.

Will add more when I get time
Cheers
