Modding injectors on stock 606 - BoostedW124 - 02-05-2018

Hi. I have spare injectors that i am going to send out to rebuild. My question is will i gain anything from asking them to increase pop pressure or would you suggest just fresh stock rebuild? Any suggestions on numbers? I have stock fuel system. Thank you.

Put new quality nozzles repop within 3Bar difference and it is good to go. Nothing to gain there even less with stock system

I fitted some SD327 nozzles to my C250 TD (because they were cheap) when it was stock and found a pleasant increase in low rpm torque. I set the pressures to 135bar. The springs needed quite a few extra shims as the SD327 has a larger needle which upset the shimming for the stock nozzle (SD324?). I've since rebuilt the injectors on a few OM605s now and now use the SD327 on all of them.
