om605 boost - Antonio - 07-25-2017

hi, om605 wont go past 0.5 bar... turbo and vacuum actuator like new from c250td OEM
... i have switched it from vacuum operated to old pressure operated actuator... but that actuator works pretty rough comparing to vacuum actuator that travels pretty easy. is that mybe a problem??

Hey mate, did u already block the wastegate by a wire to test if its a turbo problem?

Im at the moment on nearly the same problem, but i cant get above 1.5 bar from my t04e. I think my problem is the gasoline aftermarket sport exhaust.

What about ur exhaustpipe?

i have 65cc fuel from 6mm elements with 76mm exhaust. have you found any aftermarket pressure operated actuator on ebay or somewhere else?

cheers!

Test it. Will Not rest for long with a wire.

Buy a nice Upgrade. Maybe a gt2871 oder t04e like me.

Theyre pressure controlled
