So I just pulled the head to replace the gasket and I think I may have mixed up the bolts. There are 3 different sizes, short medium and large. Can anyone tell me which ones go where?

Yes, it is in the FSM under Job number 01-415.
See figure 2 on page number 01.8 - 415/15.
