722.6 in BMW, help needed - A.Dutsov - 04-14-2016

I will need your help, because where i live i cant get information. I am planning to put 722.6 from e55 amg in BMW, but i have alot info dont know yet.
First, bells are interchangeable, so i can get the smaller bell from 300td and weld my bmw bell to it yes?
If this is right, it mean i can use all torque converters for 722.6 on all 722.6 boxes yes?
can someone measure torque converters outer diameter? What i have from the BMW is 300mm max diameter in the bell ...
and one more torque converter related question ... there is pilot on it, is it going in the crank? Is it exact push fit, or no?
I have 2 gearboxes, 1 from e320 w210, and 1 from e55 amg, i measured the e320 bell to be like 330mm inside diameter, and i dont have the e55 bell here so i cant measure it. I still dont have torque converter, because i dont know what to buy, to handle big power (maybe not so big for mercedes) ... like 800nm and drag race it on slicks ...

Is it worth this seap compared to the 6 speed manual bmw gearbox, in terms of shifting performance ... will i gain something or just loose nm from the auto conversion? Any comparison between manual to auto or auto to manual mercedes drag times?
