I bought this:

Machined the rear because the trigger wheel was to deep. Of course you have to machine the front also.

Bought a Sachs 707 cuz the 765 bolt pattern might be to close to the edges of the flywheel so i wanted to be on the safe side.

I also have a 716.6xx in my w201.

Yes i have. I also have the beefier w202 propshaft with 32mm splines. Also front hardy is 110mm.
Odometer is not finished yet but im trying to mod a w126 speedo into my w201 housing.

Sachs 707 arrived yesterday and i tested the bolt pattern to my old dualmass flywheel to see if it will fitt my NK solid flywheel. And i can tell you that the bolt pattern is about 2mm bigger then standard clutch. I was very pleased knowing that it will fitt the gearbox and flywheel. Now im sure that it would be problems fitting a 765 to the flywheel while 707 is spot on.

Now i just need to remove gearbox to remove old Volvo S60r pressure plate, clutch disc and flywheel. Then i go to get the flywheel machined again. And put in the new stuff.

the prop shaft is kind of easy like the flex coupling,
at least for me , the trouble in in getting the odometer, to go from mechanical to electric. do u know of any W124 cluster in electronic? or any other that i can fit the insights?
wich flywheel are u using?

I use the nk solid dualmass.
For speedo u can try to get a w124 400e or 500e speedo. But thats impossible to find so im going to try to modify a w126 speedo. They are electrical. The u use a dakota box to calibrate the speedo signal.

My 716.6xx is rated 270nm but have no problems at the tracks when i drift. There is also beefier 716.6xx that is rated 370nm and 470nm. There is also one rated 170nm. But no drifter have yet reported that they have broken their gearbox. One guy clutch kick his box in 6th gear for a whole summer without a problem.
I will do that.
