W201 Om605 Build - Kuisma - 02-08-2015
Hello everyone! My name is Joonas and im from Finland. Heres my w201 190D Sportline ST project. The car was originally with n/a om602+5v manual+open diff.
Nowdays it has Om605 Tbo engine and Bmw 5v ZF gearbox+ 2.87 ASD diff from w124 4matic.

Engine specs: Stock om605 turbo, new bearings, piston rings, gaskets etc. Stock intake manifold atm, i will make new from Om606 manifold with AMW wrc plenum. Heres my old om606 with same kind of manifold:

Dyno session from last week. Original lift pump stopped to flow on higher rpms so the power didnt grow up from 4800rpm. Next time i will make new 10mm fuel lines and install Holley 150gph eletric pump.
