What type of soldering there is in the leads from the PCB to housing?
There is a broken lead in a servo I'm trying to fix, but the solder I use doesn't seem to stick. Just floats on the surface as a metal ball...

The leads are spot welded from the factory.
I tried soldering these using rosin core solder and flux and did not have any luck.

Attached is a picture of a rather poor attempt at fixing the leads on a "good used" actuator I bought from a gent on another forum.
