hey someone know something about that turbo? i whant reach 230 hp whith 6mm pump, holset 3ld and intercoller..is that a possible numbers?

hy there,
I have done a 605 N/A conversion to TD, along the way made some changes and i have now much more power than my wife´s C270.
Cylinder head is fitted with turbo valves, intake cam is from N/A , exaust is the same. head runners are polished and flow was made better ,(wich is dificult to do it better than it is).
IP is a PES M fitted with 6 mm delivering 90CC, the 6mm elements are almost at max fuel. injectors are set a 155BAR and prechambers at 1.5mm and 2.5 mm holes.
turbo is a gt 2359v curently delivering 2 to 2.5BAR, intercooler is from a w203, no so small 20x70x8. exaust pipe 65mm all the way no restriction.
unfortunatly my pump has max idle at around 4500RPM. still working with the governor to remove RPM limit.
well this mods in your engine may achive that nr u´re after. consider two gt20 instead of that holset.

Now without jokes we all need bigger elements here in Portugal.

yep the injectors seem to work better at 150BAR, i´ve done 155 due to loss after some time. they do fine with the prechambers opened.
dont have experience with the 602. precups and injectors are diff.
by the way 6mm elements will give u around 100cc, maybe a bit more but that will depend on your pump governor. in mine is the limit at the moment. dont expect more than 110cc, and of course the injection time is too much. in my opinion wont do any good.
i want to go 7.5, if anyone want the same maybe we can order toguether.

Hy , i want 8 but unfortunately we have to import them...
So it depends how much they cost because i need to find a pump of om603 turbo and then swap the elements.
but if they are too expensive i buy a super pump

om606 has electronic pump...
I read somewhere that even with bigger elements the pump will not be able to do insane RPMs ...

this is not true, I have 7mm elements in electric pump and do 5500rpm ...
and the maximum power is same in 5500, so it will not cut fuel before

bolas pá , as bombas elétrica funcionam com mapas. fazes um remap e podes ter MAX FUEL as 8k Rpm.
alias, essa bomba EDC, funciona com mapas e não com software. há ai pessoal que sabe mexer nisso, eu não por enquanto.....
no entanto a alteração dos elementos requer uma alteração do MAF (engana-lo) , mesmo sem alteração do mapa.

Tudo ok , mas o meu carro é um w201... E para usar a bomba eléctrica ia precisar de um carro dador para a cablagem e ia ser uma grande confusão de fios. Assim vou para uma manual que torna tudo mais simples e rápido de construir
All ok, but my car is a w201 ... And to use electric pump I would need a donnor car. besides that wiring it would be a mess.

ok i got it , now i got it , is bruno who have the 202. mine is 124 so is prety much the same as 201. i made it to work with the N/A pump, maybe will be better than the turbo pump. lets see in the future.

So you have bigger elements in EDC pump without modding software? Does it work good? I heard it will hunt for idle as it pumps so much fuel that pump cannot reach desired rpms on idle, it hunts.
